Yes, it's that kind of a day! I had plans to really enjoy my day downtown rummaging through the annual sidewalk sale hoping for some great bargains. I don't really mind the rain, but when the thunder starts, I tend to get a little "spooked". So the sidewalk sale was a wash out.
